This menu includes popular items we have served in the past. If there is something
in particular you would like that is not listed, please ask and we will do all we can to accommodate you. Buffet prices include high quality plastic and paper goods. China
and silverware is available for an additional $2.00 per person. After you have chosen
your menu, a 5% sales tax is added.

Cold Appetizers

Unless otherwise specified, our cold appetizer small platters serve 20 people, medium platters serve 50 people, and large platters serve 80 people. Our medium and large
platters are presented as mirror displays.

Fruit and Cheese Display – A lovely variety of the freshest fruits available paired
with three different kinds of cheese

Vegetable Crudités with Crackers and Dip – A simple but beautifully presented appetizer of fresh vegetables with a variety of crackers and two kinds of dips.

Shrimp Cocktail – Succulent boiled shrimp peeled and served with fresh cut
lemon and our tangy homemade cocktail sauce.

Finger Sandwiches – Fresh baked finger rolls stuffed with tuna salad, chicken
salad, ham salad, seafood salad, turkey and Swiss, or roast beef and Cheddar.

Our hot appetizers are served in chaffing dishes which will be lit for the duration
of your party so they stay hot. Our hot appetizers served in small dishes fills half
of a chaffing dish and can serve approximately 25 people, while our large dishes
fill a whole chaffing dish and can feed approximately 50 people.

Scallops in Bacon – The ever popular jumbo sea scallops wrapped in bacon and
served with picks. We estimate 2 per person.
